I'd like to see strong promotion of the Cam area, by giving non-Premium members access to it on a trial basis, and let lots of people try the thing out.

Then, if the new visitors get to like it, they might sign up for Premium. But I feel the site has to make the first move: prove there's a service worth buying, and some people will hopefully then choose to buy it.

But the service has to arrive first! We can't expect everyone to "invest now and get rewards later", can we?

I know of a site that allows "Freebies" to post their cams. They only allow a 10 second preview for them to watch others however. Rooms can also have many people posting cams and some rooms even allow music to be played.

Free trials would be a great start. Maybe an open weekend now and then, but it would need to be promoted to be effective. I think many on the site are only here for the pics so that would be the way...a pic poster promotion.
