I don't think a x3 price hike is going to help the site

Hi All - suggest you take advantage of the current end of financial year deal as a) prices will be going up to match NN prices from tomorrow and b) 3 year option will be removed.. ENJOY!
I can't really see how anyone's going to "enjoy" having just a few hours to avoid a massive price hike where costs are tripled for people like me, who buy three years. At present, the NTN prices are 3 months $35, one year $70, and 3 years $120.
The current prices on NN are 3 months $60, and one year $120; with 3 years not an option.
In other words, for me, $120 would today buy me 36 months, whereas tomorrow it'll only buy me 12 months. That's where my thing about prices tripling comes from. Of course, if you're a yearly subscriber, then the prices have only increased by about 80%.
I still call that a damn big price hike. And what the short-term effect on the site will be, I have no idea. For instance, my Premium doesn't run out until Sep 2018 (in 432 days' time), and I imagine there's plenty of others who have even longer to run. But I have a feeling that I know what the longer-term effect will be.
