I haven't had that happen to me, at least not so far. When is it happening, when you log-on or at some other time? Does it only happen when you lon on using for instance, your smart phone, or does that also happen when you're on your PC?

The mroe information you all can supply about the situation, the more likely it is that i can get someone in Admin to check out your situation. Please give me as much info as you can...
