Reactivation sounds a bit alarming, but all it amounts to is this:

If you type in a new email address to your account settings, you are then sent an email to that address. You need to click on it to prove you received that validation email.



CAUTION:

I haven't yet checked what happens if you give a wrong email address and then can't prove you are the user of that email!
