I was shopping in a thrift store today. Everyone wearing masks, of course. I was holding up a little blue miniskirt with a layered lacy fringe at the bottom, checking to see if I thought it would fit. All of a sudden I heard one of the staff say to me in an unmistakable North Carolina accent "you'd look real cute in that"! I looked and she was a sweet little NC mom type, she couldn't see me grinning because of my mask but I thought it was both funny and kind of, well, hot. At any rate I'm determined to prove her right, I'm going to look real cute in that skirt. I hope to model it for y'all within the next week. |
