Please help me understand why my support ticket 9R7KC5JH is being ignored.

The site has now been broken for nearly a week. Photo views do not increment properly. The "hot & fresh" category has been locked on the same photo for a week. ([photo missing]). That photo was posted on April 4. That category was never meant to work this way. Why is Support ignoring the problem?

To repeat: there is an active, ongoing problem with photo views counts, and with any & all related measures of photo popularity.

This problem also occurred several years ago. Support told me I didn't understand how photo views were meant to work, so I had to prove to them they were wrong. I should not have to do this again!
