Hello my name is Sarah Jo a 31 year old bi woman.Yes a genetic girl.I could not add that earlier so please don't think I am trying to deceive anyone.I live and work in SW London but in May of next year I am emigrating to pastures new across the pond to USA.Its always been a dream to live over there and now after 3 years in the planning I don't have too long to wait.I first visited Usa in 2006 and I knew on my very first visit that one day I would live there.So you see dreams can come true.I will initially be staying in Rochester NY as I have family living there but I am still undecided as to where to settle down for the long term.It all depends on property prices and availability and also career prospects.I am currently manager of a nursing home tending to the needs of dementia and alzheimers patients where I am also a fully qualified and state registered mental health nurse.I alo lecture at conferences and seminars on mental health issues in the community.Something I love to do. I have always had a fascination and admiration for those in the TG/TS/TV/CD scenes.Its something that's been in the back of my mind but I have now decided its time to do something about it.I can be a very good friend.I am considerate,caring,honest and one hell of a good listener.It would be nice to have that extra special lady friend to meet up with for coffee,lunch,shopping trips,make up sessions,manicures,dinner and dancing,Days and weekends away. I am looking for some new like minded friends stateside although worldwide friends will always be made welcome. Please don't think I am looking for a free ride or a meal ticket I believe they say over there in Usa.I am financially secure with an excellent career behind me and I am in no way looking for a handout.
